We have a bold new vision for Headcorn’s future, which will see brand new sports and community facilities created alongside much needed, high-quality homes.

Our plans include new sports pitches for a range of uses and changing room facilities as part of 15-acres of land dedicated for community use. We’ll also be providing homes for every stage of life from starter and affordable homes to properties suitable for larger families.

Meaningful engagement is central to our approach and we want to hear what you think before we submit a planning application later this year. The consultation closing date has been extended to Monday 1^st December 2025 so make sure to send your feedback before then.
