Due to an error with a third-party supplier, we understand that the hard copy questionnaire was not distributed alongside our newsletter for Shaping Headcorn’s Future.

As such, we re-distributed the questionnaire with a cover letter explaining the issue. Following this, we were made aware that some people still hadn’t received a questionnaire. Upon investigation, it was clear that not all addresses received the questionnaire via the solus distributor, so to ensure that all people had a chance to provide feedback on our plans, we organised another mailing of questionnaires via Royal Mail to all addresses within the distribution area.

This mailing also advised that hard copies of the newsletter were also available to collect at Headcorn Village Hall. We also extended the deadline of the consultation by a week to give people more time to have their say.
